会員様に向けてのお電話なのでクレームなどは

とても少ないんです

お客様と電話での会話を楽しみながら、お仕事して頂けます。

  • 未経験でも安心男女問わず幅広い年代の方が活躍

・平日の午前中だけ勤務希望のパートさん

【仕事内容】

大手通販会社様の会員向けにお得な商品や キャンペーン情報などをご案内する

アフターフォロー業務(内勤営業)

  • 具体的には
  • 季節や時期に応じた商品のご提案・販売を行う通販アドバイザーとして

内勤営業をお願いします。

  • 扱う通販アイテムはその時が旬の食材が中心今からならいちごなどの果物

ウナギにお肉やカニなど、その中から「この期間は特にお得」というキャンペーンや

おススメ商品をお伝えしていきます。

  • コールセンターのシステムを使い、購入履歴のある会員様リストをもとにご連絡。

(通販の会員様は主にラジオ・新聞でご購入くださった皆様です。)

「カニの大きさとお味にはご満足頂けましたか?」

「ご購入いただいたおせちは、どうでしたか?」

「お肉はどのように料理されたのですか?」

と言ったご購入いただいた商品のご感想をお聞きすることから会話はスタート。

お客様に"簡単な会話"を提供し、お客様の"趣向に合った"商品の案内を行います

【給与】

(9時~18時) 時給1,250円

(18時~21時) 時給1,450円

※研修あり(18時間)時給1,180円

  • 土日は別途手当あり

最大1.5万円

時給1,800円以上(入社2年目/インセンティブ含む)

【交通アクセス】

OsakaMetro谷町線「東梅田」駅より徒歩1分

その他路線も徒歩10分圏内

【勤務時間・曜日】

9:00~21:00の間

※1日3時間~、週3日以上でシフト・曜日はご相談いたします。

  • 勤務パターンは色々あります。

【12:00~21:00入って頂ける方】特に募集しています

【17:00~、18:00~でも大歓迎】

  • 18:00~21:00は時給が1,450円

この時間帯は、、タイパ良く稼げます

・副業としての勤務OKです

・スキマバイト(ご都合の良い時間帯)での勤務OKです

・平日のみ、土日祝のみなどの勤務もOK
