  • お客様の動向を徹底して把握し、CRMを推進する業務全般
  • 顧客属性分析/顧客インサイトの把握
  • 顧客コミュニケーション企画の立案と推進
  • メール企画/運用/配信管理
  • MAツールの実行管理 など

残業月20~30時間程度。フレックスタイムを活用している社員が多く、有給も取りやすいです。

必要な能力・経験


【必須】

  • 大学卒業以上
  • 事業会社(化粧品会社)や広告代理店(化粧品取扱い)でのCRM業務経験者

※能力・ご経験を考慮して、弊社規定により決定いたします。
賞与実績:年2回(基本月給4ヵ月分)
※標準評価・出勤率100%で4ヶ月支給となります。
※4ヶ月分を年2回に分けてお支払い。
※会社・個人業績にて変動。(上限・下限あり)
