- お客様の動向を徹底して把握し、CRMを推進する業務全般
- 顧客属性分析/顧客インサイトの把握
- 顧客コミュニケーション企画の立案と推進
- メール企画/運用/配信管理
- MAツールの実行管理 など

残業月20~30時間程度。フレックスタイムを活用している社員が多く、有給も取りやすいです。

必要な能力・経験

- 大学卒業以上
- 事業会社(化粧品会社)や広告代理店(化粧品取扱い)でのCRM業務経験者
