Job Description
【職務内容】
- 戦略的研究イニシアティブを主導する。事業部門と協議しながら、リサーチおよびソートリーダーシップに関わる計画を策定し実施する。複数の部門や分野にまたがる主要なリサーチプロジェクトの取りまとめ。
- 顧客向け分析調査資料の作成、配布。
- アセットクラス別データベースを更新、社内データの品質管理、検証、改善。
- リサーチチームのメンバーとして、国内外クライアント向け成果物を作成および見直し。
- 顧客向けプレゼンテーションや、タイムリーな市場情報、最新情報、洞察を提供するその他の会議への参加。
- 新たなリサーチ・サービスの開発・強化への取り組みに関するサポート業務。
- リサーチおよびコンサルティング業務の提案依頼書(RFP)に対応し、クライアントの期待に応え、それを上回る高品質なコンサルティングレポートの納品を管理する。
- マーケティング&コミュニケーション部と連携し、市場のメディアおよび広報担当者との関係を構築と維持。
- 顧客プレゼンテーション。
【求められる知識と経験】
- 5年のリサーチ関連の経験。
- 事業用不動産、経済学、データ分析、空間分析のいずれかの分野での専門知識。
【技能と資格】
- チームで働くことのできる方、立場の異なるステークホルダーとつながることのできる基本的なコミュニケーションスキル。
- 優れた文章力、分析力、口頭でのプレゼンテーション能力が不可欠。
- 効率的にマルチタスクと優先順位付けを行う能力を含む優れたタイムマネジメント能力。
- 分析や業務に関して細心の注意を払える。
- エクセル、ワード、パワーポイントを扱う中級者以上の能力。その他Power BIなどを含めた分析ソフトウェアに関する専門知識と実績があれば、プラス。
- 細やかなデータを扱える注意力、複数のタスクをこなせる能力。
【言語と要求水準】
- 大学レベルの学位が最低限必要。経済学またはファイナンスに関連する学位があればプラス。
- 日本語ネイティブ、英語ビジネスレベル
