仕事内容:
自動車用電子基板の製造スタッフ募集(未経験歓迎・精密作業)
自動車に搭載される電子基板の製造ラインで、組立や検査、マシン操作を担当するお仕事です。
精密作業中心ですが、研修があるため未経験の方でも安心してスタートできます。
具体的な作業内容
①基板組立作業
・電子部品を基板に取り付け、回路を組み立てます。
・はんだ付けや電動ドライバーを使用して正確に固定。
・作業手順やマニュアルに沿って作業を進めます。
②検査業務
・組立後の基板の外観検査や動作チェック。
・キズ、部品の取り付け不良、汚れなどがないか確認。
・必要に応じて簡単な修正作業を行います。
③マシンオペレーター業務
・基板製造装置の操作や簡単な設定変更。
・異常時の初期対応や担当ラインの監視。
④付随業務
・作業エリアの整理整頓や清掃。
・部品や材料の補充、完成品の梱包や搬送。
