弊社は神奈川県・東京都23区・千葉県・埼玉県で内装工事・定期清掃を行っている会社です。
今回募集するのは、未経験の方でも気軽に働ける立会代行業務です。
もちろん、経験者の方は優遇いたします。
【業務内容】
・退去立会
・工事の御見積
主に不動産様や管理会社様の代わりに室内の現況(傷や汚れの有無など)を借り主とともに確認する退去立会及び空室のお部屋の工事の御見積を取って頂きます。
専門的な知識は必要になっていきますが、現在の従業員の9割が未経験スタートです。未経験の方でも先輩が丁寧にサポートしますので、ぜひご応募ください。

※お休みは固定ではなく交代制での勤務が発生いたします。
※交代制となる週は振替で週休2日となります。
