〇オフィス環境の維持管理および備品の在庫管理
〇外部業者との調整(会社資産や貸与品の管理を含む)
〇オフィスや会社資産関連の請求書処理
〇契約書の押印、ファイリング、体系的な管理
〇郵便物や宅配便の受け取りおよび発送対応
〇IT担当や外部業者との連携によるオフィス機器の設置、メンテナンス
〇採用面接の調整や勤怠管理など、人事関連のサポート業務 他

求める人材:
〇職務経験2年以上(総務事務経験者優遇)
〇複数の業務を効率的に管理・遂行する能力
〇優れた対人関係能力とコミュニケーション能力
〇Microsoft Officeの実務的スキル
〇語学力
日本語:ネイティブレベル(外国籍の方は日本語能力試験N1必須)
英語:日常会話レベル、読み書き必須
中国語:できれば尚可
〇日本における就労資格保有
勤務時間・曜日:
非シフト勤務(基本:8:30~17:30)
*就業時間は8:00~9:00のフレックス制
休暇・休日:
年間休日120日以上
完全週休2日制(土・日・祝日)、祝日
休暇:夏季休暇、年末年始、有給休暇(入社半年後より付与)、傷病休暇、産休・育休 他

給与:
〇給与・報酬:220,000円~(月給)
*経験考慮の上、応相談
*試用期間3ヶ月(正社員、給与の減額等変更なし)
〇賞与:年2回(夏季賞与・冬季賞与)
〇手当:時間外手当、食事手当、通勤交通費実費支給(月上限なし)、家族/住宅手当(条件に該当する場合)
〇昇給:年1回(在籍期間の条件あり)
