自動車向け空調・温調・冷却機器の開発・製造・販売を手掛ける同社の成形製造技術チームにおけるチームリーダーとしての業務をお任せします。

  • 工程設計・工程開発プロセス領域:

・製品要件を満足させる金型仕様検討/導入、量産条件導出

・設計要件に基づく金型/設備仕様のクライテリアの策定

・工程の実力値を把握し、設計要件へフィードバックを行い製品図面完成度向上

  • 樹脂成型技術基盤構築:

・成形に関する課題抽出、対策仕様を導出し、製品形状、設備・金型仕様に反映

・量産工程で発生した課題に対する対策製品仕様を開発部門に提示、設備・金型の標準仕様に反映

  • 組織管理/人材育成領域:

・成形製造技術チームの業務管理と人材育成指導

・営業、購買、商品開発、製造との部門間調整

※上記年収は残業代を含まない金額です。別途支給します。またこれまでのご経験・スキルに応じ決定致します。

  • 昇給:年1回4月(過去実績:3%)
  • 賞与:年2回7月、12月

賃金はあくまでも目安の金額であり、選考を通じて上下する可能性があります。

  • 必須条件:

・樹脂成形技術もしくは金型技術の基礎から応用知識を有している方

・TOEIC(R)テスト450点以上もしくは英検準2級以上(チームリーダー登用条件)

・品質管理知識

・2D/3DCADの実務経験者
