株式会社ホケングループ湘南での生損保の営業職(既存顧客の更改業務からスタート)になります。

《具体的な業務内容》

個人・法人のお客様に対して、当社が取扱う各種保険(損害保険・生命保険)の提案業務を行います。

  • 保険種目…超保険/自動車/火災/傷害/生保
  • 取扱い保険会社…東京海上日動火災保険、東京海上日動あんしん生命

《営業スタイル》

  • まずは既存顧客の更改業務への同行・引継ぎからスタート
  • 1日3件~4件の訪問と、1~2件のお電話やWEBでの面談で既存のお客様への提案・フォローが中心
  • 営業時の移動には社有車または自家用車を使用(社有車は1人1台貸与)
  • 訪問エリアはオフィスから30分前後が中心

《保険業務未経験者向けの研修》

東京海上日動火災への代理店研修制度を利用し、入社3ヵ月後から1年間、本社近隣の東京海上日動火災保険株式会社の拠点にて出向研修を受講していただく場合もあります。

座学で保険の商品知識・代理店業務の流れを理解した後、個別にサポートしていきます。

  • 前職が保険業界以外の出身者(販売員や証券会社など)も活躍中です。

  • 東京海上日動火災保険株式会社の研修日には、勤務時間が9:00/17:00(休憩1時間)となる場合があります。

休憩:1時間

月給 250,000円 ~ 350,000円

※基本給・固定残業代の総額

固定残業代:あり

固定残業代 40,000円 ~ 54,600円

固定残業時間:20 時間

※固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

年収:3,210,000円~4,495,400円
