2026年6月、つくば・牛久エリアに新しい放課後等デイサービス「きっずらぼ」が誕生します

でもただの"新施設"じゃありません。

これは、子どもたちの未来を、そして自分たちの理想の職場を、ゼロから創りあげるプロジェクト。

【仕事内容】

放課後等デイサービス「きっずらぼ」にて、発達に特性のあるお子さん(主に小学生)を対象とした療育支援を行います。

・子どもたちの遊び、学習のサポート

・書道や畑体験など、オリジナルプログラムの補助・実施

・お子さんの送迎業務(軽自動車・小型車中心/2名体制で安心)

・保護者との連絡や日々の記録(スマホ入力中心で効率的)

・書道:静の時間を通じて集中力や自己表現を育む。

・畑体験:土に触れ、季節を感じながら五感を刺激。

・完全週休2日制(水曜・日曜)+長期休暇あり。

・業務はチームで分担。助け合いながら進めます。

総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり160時間

平日:10:00~19:00

学校休業日:8:30~17:30

(実働8時間・シフト制)

※残業月5h程度(ほぼ定時退社)

休日休暇


完全週休2日制(水曜・日曜定休)

年末年始、GW、お盆、有給休暇、慶弔休暇

年間休日約110日

給与詳細


基本給:月給 22万円 〜 28万5000円

固定残業代:なし
