◆NEXCO各社や国、地方自治体などの発注者を高い技術力で支援。事業全体を俯瞰し、完了まで導きます。

【発注者支援業務とは?】

◆道路(高速道路、一般道)や橋梁、トンネル、上下水道などの社会インフラについて、NEXCO各社や国、地方自治体などの発注者から委託を受け、技術的な支援を行います。

当社は設計と施工管理の両業務を2本柱として

発注者支援業務を行っている総合建設コンサルタントです。

【入社後は?】

◆入社後は設計もしくは施工管理の部門に配属となりますが、現状は施工管理の方がニーズが高いため、施工管理の配属となる可能性が高いです。

ただ、当社では両部門を経験しつつ

技術者としての実力を磨いていただく方針なので、どちらか一方だけになるケースはありません。

【当社の施工管理の仕事】

◆発注者と施工会社の間に立ち、工事発注・工事施工・完成までの各局面で

スケジュール・品質等の総合的な管理を担当します。

発注者の意図を汲み取り、施工会社の事情や利益なども考慮しつつ、全体が上手く回るように調整していく重要な役割です。

【当社の設計の仕事】

◆長年にわたって蓄積してきた技術、知識とノウハウで計画段階から事業に加わり、調査・測量や設計、積算の支援を行います。

多様化、高度化するお客様のニーズに応えるため、安全性と経済性に優れ、環境と景観保全にも配慮した設計提案を行っています。

使用アプリはAuto CADで、3Dも導入しています。

【技術者育成方針】

◆図面や設計図、現場を「見る」だけではなく、「図面を理解できる、設計図書を照査できる、現場を改善できる」技術者として育成します。

それゆえ、「設計だけ」「施工管理だけ」できる技術者ではなく、設計も現場も高いレベルで理解・対応できる技術者へと成長できます。
