仕事内容:

【主なお仕事について】

神奈川県や川崎市の行政機関(公共事業)や民間企業から受注した建設現場における、片付けや整理整頓を主としたフィニッシュワーク業務をお任せします。

1949年の創業以来、地域に根差して社会インフラを支えてきた当社にて、安全で快適な現場環境をつくる大切な役割を担っていただきます。

具体的な業務フローは以下の通りです:

・建設現場内での資材の整理整頓、清掃および片付け業務

・車両(社用車やダンプ等)を使用した資材・廃材の運搬、指定場所への搬送

・3~4名のチームで動く先輩社員のアシスタント業務

・業務習得後は、希望や適性に応じて現場中心の仕事か、現場管理コース(デスクワーク・管理業務中心)かを社内で相談して決定

現場は川崎市内が中心(約8割)で、転勤や出張はありません。

現場終了後の帰社時間が短く、効率的に業務を終えられる環境です。また、不動産管理やリフォームなど幅広く手掛ける安定した経営基盤があり、将来を見据えて腰を据えて働けます。

勤務時間・曜日:

・勤務時間:8:00~17:00(実働7時間)

・休憩時間:120分

・平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日~22日 ※ホームページ上の全社的な勤務時間表記は8:00~18:00となっております。
