仕事内容

建物維持管理と新築計画における設計・CADレイアウト業務です。

<具体的には>

・保有建物の維持・管理計画の作成

・新築建物の計画立案、コンセプト作成、設計?施工フェーズでの社内調整およびゼネコン管理

・CADを使用したレイアウト設計

・調達業務(見積取得、精査、伝票発行、検収)

・その他付随業務
