仕事内容:
半導体工場における施工管理業務のリーダーとして、プロジェクトの円滑な進行を支えていただきます。
- プロジェクトの全体統括: 一次配管(メイン配管)からフックアップ工事に至るまでの工程管理・スケジュール調整。
- 技術的な指導・アドバイス: 豊富な現場経験を活かし、現場主任や協力会社への技術的な指示・サポート。
- ステークホルダーとの折衝: 施主(半導体メーカー)や元請け企業との工程打ち合わせ、および技術調整。
- 組織体制の強化: 現在、ISO基準に則った安全・品質管理部門の強化を進めています。マネージャーとして、現場の安全・品質意識の向上に向けたリーダーシップを期待しています。

求める人材:
【必須要件】
- 資格:1級施工管理技士(管工事、電気工事、または電気通信のいずれか)
- 経験:施工管理の実務経験をお持ちの方(半導体業界の経験は不問です)。
【歓迎条件(プラス評価項目)】
- 語学スキル(中国語または英語): 海外拠点との連携や、現場でのコミュニケーションに活かせます(必須ではありません)。
- 半導体業界の経験:クリーンルーム内での施工管理経験があれば即戦力として優遇します。
勤務時間・曜日:
勤務時間 8:00~17:00(休憩60分、実働時間8時間)
休日 土日祝休み、会社カレンダーによる夏季休暇/年末年始休暇
休暇・休日:
- 完全週休2日制(土、日、祝日)
- 夏季休暇(弊社カレンダーによる)、年末年始休暇(12月30日~1月3日)
