今年も、皆さんに少しでも当社に対する理解を深めていただきたいと思い、
説明会をご用意しました
当日は、一方的に当社のことをお伝えするだけでなく、採用担当との座談会の時間も設けております。
(今回は学生時代に体育会に所属していた、アスリートとして活躍していたそんな社員たちが参加し、
そんな経験をどうやってお仕事に活かしているかお話する機会を設けています)

入社後は、まず1か月間の新入社員研修を行い、不動産や金融の 基礎知識を習得した後、OJTで実践力を高めます。

より早い段階で独り立ちができるよう研修を行っています。
