医薬品原薬の結晶化研究・プロセス開発リーダー

仕事内容


お客様からの依頼に基づく、医薬品原薬(有効成分)の結晶ビジネス業務全般をお願いします。

具体的には、以下のような業務でチームの中核を担って頂くことを想定しています。

・ 医薬品原薬・中間体の結晶化とプロセス開発および技術戦略の立案

・ 結晶多形のスクリーニング・評価・制御および研究開発のマネジメント

・ 原薬の塩・共結晶のスクリーニング・評価・制御および研究開発のマネジメント

・ 結晶構造解析および研究開発のマネジメント

・ 若手研究者の指導およびチーム運営

・ 他部門(製剤、分析)との連携によるCMC開発の推進

・ 顧客との技術折衝および受託案件のプロジェクトマネジメント

・ 中長期的な技術開発テーマの企画・推進

<出張頻度>

定常での出張は発生しません (顧客との折衝等での出張が発生する可能性はあり)

資格


【必須条件】以下すべて必須

・ 理系大学卒以上(薬学、化学、材料工学など)

・ 医薬品または化学品の結晶化研究経験(3年以上)

・ リーダーや管理職としてメンバーのプロジェクトマネジメントの経験

・ チームでの研究推進経験とコミュニケーション能力

【歓迎条件】

・ 結晶化の経験と基礎知識

・ 結晶多形や塩・共結晶の評価・管理経験

・ 単結晶X線構造解析を用いた構造解析の経験および結晶学の基礎知識

・ 英語での技術文書の読解・作成経験および海外顧客・関係者との会議を含めた対応経験(TOEIC700点以上目安)

・ 製薬企業やCDMOでの業務経験

・ マネジメント経験

実働時間:7時間45分/日

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日

給与


月給 47万9000円以上

(一律手当を含む)

想定年収:750万円~1,000万円

月額基本給:47万9,000円~

※年収は手当・残業代・賞与を含んだ金額です。

※給与は、経験、スキルを考慮の上決定します。

交通費:通勤交通費全額支給
