仕事内容:

当社のSNSマーケティングチームでは、企業のSNS運用(Instagram・X・TikTok・Facebookなど)の進行管理をメインに担当していただきます。戦略設計から企画立案、コンテンツ制作の進行、効果検証まで、ディレクターと共にクライアントの課題解決に向けて取り組んでいくお仕事です。企業のSNS運用を一貫してリードし、スムーズに進行させる役割を担っていただきます。

<具体的なお仕事内容>

◆SNS運用ディレクション

・SNS投稿に関するライティング、リライト作業

・投稿画像・動画コンテンツの進行管理、制作調整

・SNS監視業務(リスク回避、炎上防止のためのモニタリング)

◆SNSの効果測定・レポーティング

・Excelを用いた数値集計と分析

・分析結果を基にした投稿改善提案、施策提案

◆クライアントとの定例会議

・月1回以上、各クライアントと運用改善報告の打ち合わせ

パフォーマンスマーケティングチーム

新卒入社者の若手から30代の中堅社員まで平均年齢20代の若いチームです。

派遣社員や業務委託のパートナーの方が所属し、総勢10名前後で構成されています。

各メンバーが高い水準でSNS・WEB領域におけるプランニング~ディレクションを行っており、 自分次第で総合的なSNSマーケティングディレクターとしての成長が可能です。

勤務時間・曜日:

・平日10:00-19:00(休憩1時間)

・時短勤務OK

・週3日、最低4時間から勤務OK

・中抜け相談可

休暇・休日:

・家庭都合の急なお休みもOK

・完全週休2日(土日)

・年間休日125日
