仕事内容


事務所内にて、

お電話で当社サービスの

簡単なご案内を行う内勤業務です。

決まった内容をマニュアルに沿って

ご案内するため、

未経験の方でも安心して始められます。

【具体的には】

・当社システムのご案内

・会館や施設についてのご案内

・互助会サービスの簡単なご説明 など

※難しい説明や専門知識は不要

※営業ノルマを追う仕事ではありません

しっかりしたマニュアルがあり、

初心者の方でもスムーズに対応できます。

直接お客様と顔を合わせる業務ではないため、

慣れてくれば落ち着いて働けるお仕事です。

現在26名の電話案内スタッフが在籍

40代・50代・60代の

中高年・ミドル・シニア世代の
