家賃案内コール・事務サポート

週4勤務も相談出来ます

アットホームで明るい雰囲気の職場です。

家賃の入金確認に関するご案内を、スクリプトに沿って淡々と進めていただくお仕事。

複雑なお問合せ対応や提案の電話とは異なり、未経験の方でも安心してスタートできます。

  • 家賃未払いの方へのご案内コール(1件あたり2~3分程度)
  • 「期日を忘れていませんか?」「振込用紙はお持ちですか?」などの確認
  • 自動架電システムを使用し、繋がった方や折り返しの対応
  • 対応履歴の入力(専用システム使用)
  • 未払い者リストのチェック
  • 各種書類整理、庶務業務
