仕事内容:

大手企業が運営する一般コンシューマ向けWebサイトおよびグループ共通会員基盤において、セキュリティ施策の立案・推進を担うPMポジションの募集です。

既存施策に加え、グループCSIRTと連携しながら2026年内にアセスメントや各種テストの実施を想定。セキュリティアセスメントや脆弱性診断など、横断的なセキュリティ対策経験を活かせるポジションです。

■業務内容

  • Webサイトおよび共通会員基盤に対するセキュリティ調査・分析
  • セキュリティ施策の企画・実行計画の立案/推進
  • CSIRTとの連携による追加施策の検討・実施管理
  • 関係各所(顧客、開発BP、社内メンバー等)との調整/進行管理
  • セキュリティアセスメント、脆弱性診断、ペネトレーションテストの実施支援

求める人材:

■必須スキル

  • 大規模Webサービスまたは会員基盤のセキュリティ診断・脆弱性調査経験
  • APIセキュリティ(OAuth、OIDC、API Gateway、JWTなど)の設計/レビュー経験
  • ID基盤(IAM、CIAM、SSO)に関わるセキュリティ施策経験
  • Webアプリ/インフラ両面からのセキュリティアセスメント経験
  • セキュリティガバナンス設計、標準策定の経験

■尚可スキル

  • B2Cサービスでのセキュリティ強化プロジェクトの実務経験
  • Laravel(PHP)での開発または設計に関する知識
  • PM/PMOとしてセキュリティ案件をリードした経験

※業務上、ビジネスレベル以上の日本語力(会話・読解・文章作成)が必要です。

勤務時間・曜日:

「フレックスタイム制(標準労働時間1日8時間)

コアタイム:11:00〜15:00

フレキシブルタイム:5:00〜22:00」
