【職務概要】

同社にて、素形材事業部門の技術戦略立案・重点課題の対応をご担当いただきます。具体的には、適性や業務経験を踏まえて、以下の業務のいくつかをお任せいたします。

・素形材事業部門内の技術戦略の立案

・技術開発・知財関連の事業部門総括・管理

・カーボンニュートラル・ESG戦略の立案

・技術系の人材育成に関する企画・管理業務

※的には、事業所(高砂、長府、大安)への異動を予定しています。

【業務内容変更の範囲】

同社業務全般

【求める人材】

【必須】下記いずれかのご経験

・工学系の専攻出身で、機械系・材料系の基礎知識をお持ちの方

・製造メーカーで、何かしらの技術系職種の実務経験をお持ちの方

(生産技術、設計、研究開発など)

【尚可】

・カーボンニュートラル対応等の業務経験をお持ちの方

・プロジェクトマネジメント、コミュニケーション能力

・技術戦略の企画や管理の業務経験をお持ちの方

・TOEIC470点程度の英語力(海外関係者とのやり取りが発生するため)

※企画グループ(東京)で2年程度ご経験を積んでいただき、その後は、高砂チタン工場(兵庫)への異動を予定しています(ご希望に応じて長府・大安への異動も可能)。事業所の設備室で工場スタッフとして研究開発や生産技術などのキャリアを積んでいただきます。将来的に東京本社へ再度異動する可能性もございますが、基本的には事業所でのキャリア形成を想定しています。

【給与】

年収:610万~800万程度

月給制:月額317000円

給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇

賞与:年2回(6月、12月)

昇給:年1回

【勤務地】

東京都品川区北品川5-9-12 ONビル

JR各線「大崎」駅徒歩10分

勤務地変更の範囲:本社及び全国の事業場、支社、営業所

【勤務時間】

フレックスタイム制(所定労働時間7時間45分)

【雇用・契約形態】

契約期間:無期

試用期間:有(2ヶ月(期間中の条件変更無))
