デジタルパートナー事業部の"データサイエンティスト"として、クライアント企業の課題に対して、
統計モデリングや機械学習などの高度なデータサイエンス手法を用いた支援を行っていただきます。
業務は課題ヒアリングから、データの設計・解析・アルゴリズム開発、成果物のビジネス実装支援まで
多岐に渡ります。
分析レポートやダッシュボードにとどまらず、予測モデルや意思決定支援アルゴリズムの開発・改善を含む、
より高度な分析実務が中心です。

【仕事内容の例】
以下のような業務を想定しています:
・クライアントの課題に応じた機械学習・統計モデリングの設計と実装
・時系列予測/需要予測/異常検知/クラスタリング/レコメンド等のモデル構築
・LLMやRAGを活用したソリューション・システムの構築
・モデルの学習、評価、改善(クロスバリデーション、指標設計等含む)
・PythonやJupyter Notebook等を用いた分析レポートの作成
・PoC(概念実証)フェーズの設計・実行、およびビジネス適用に向けた支援
・データ基盤チームや業務チームとの連携による実運用への落とし込み
【求める人材】
・ Pythonを用いた機械学習/統計モデリングの実務経験(2年以上)
・ Pandas、NumPy などを用いたデータ前処理スキル
・ 機械学習モデルの評価指標(精度、AUC、RMSEなど)に関する理解
・ クライアントや他部門とのコミュニケーションを通じた課題設定経験
・ Git等を用いたチーム開発経験
・ LLM(GPT系など)の利用経験(API活用または軽微なファインチューニング含む)
【給与】
年収600~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
