【主な業務内容】
・顧客で発生したサプライヤー起因不具合対応:現品確認、選別サポート、対策書内容確認、訪問して実施状況確認
・変更点管理案件の進捗/推進/フォロー(変更実施後の確認含む)
・不具合再発防止と未然防止対策推進業務:不具合対策書の実施状況確認、CP&PFMEA改訂サポート
・マネジメントシステムの実務担当(内部監査、外部審査の社内外運用、指摘事項取り纏め、文書改訂、)
・サプライヤー関連:新規品&変更点管理フォロー、受入品チェック、体制監査実施、社内外情報取り込みと配信等
日本ドナルドソン株式会社の品質管理システムの維持、推進を行う業務。
TM(QMS・EMS)体系マニュアルおよび各種標準書の整備、各部門との連携、ISO教育を行う。
IATF16949に準拠した品質システムの維持改善を行う。
【必要な能⼒と経験】
3年以上のISO事務局、又はISO監査員、及びTMS維持活動経験:QMS=ISO9001・EMS=ISO14001・IATF16949維持・監査経験質
お客様と品質について詳細な会話ができる日本語力
ビジネスレベルの英語力(海外のメンバーとの会議などで使用)
PCスキル(エクセル、パワーポイント、ワード)
コアツールの基礎知識(6-sigma、 FMEA、 MSAなど)
IATF16949、ISO9001に準拠した業務マニュアル整備
計測器の校正およびMSAの知見などあれば尚

Job Purpose
As a customer window for quality control, select good products when defects occur, analyze the root causes of defective products, prepare survey reports, and report it to customers.
Responses to defects caused by suppliers at customers: confirming the actual product, supporting sorting, checking the contents of countermeasure documents, and visiting customers to check the implementation status.
・Progress/promotion/follow-up of change point management projects (including checking after changes are implemented)
・Promotion of measures to prevent recurrence and prevention of defects: check implementation status of defect countermeasure documents, support CP & PFMEA revision.
Management system practical affairs (internal and external operation of internal audits and external audits, compilation of findings, document revision, etc.)
- Supplier related: follow-up of new products and change management, check of received products, implementation of system audits, internal and external information capturing and distribution, etc.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
Lead Product quality improvement activity considering quality status at the customers and production line.
Maintain and improve "Quality (IATF, ISO) Management system".
Conduct product and Process quality audit.
Education Qualification:
High school diploma or bachelor's degree
Technical Competence & Skills:
Basic PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Basic Knowledge of the quality control (6-sigma, 8D methodology, FMEA, MSA, FTA etc.).
Basic knowledge of IATF16949, ISO9001 and ISO140
Basic knowledge and skills about the inspection.
Leadership Competence:
Managing & measuring work, Negotiating, Presentation skill, Process Management, Priority setting
Interpersonal skill
Malfunction and trouble analysis analytical ability
Objective thinking ability
Mindset of the accomplishment

The reporting that it is plain and is accurate.
Relevant Experience:
A person with at least three years' practical experience as an engineer for "Quality control" and/or "Quality inspection".
A person with at least three years' experience as a window person of customer for "Quality".
Knowledge of information required for automotive or much kind of other products.
Others (numbers of travel, language, etc.):
Fluent Japanese to communicate with Quality Control Engineers of Japanese Customers.
Business level of English to communicate with overseas in meeting.
Travel: up to 10%.
