美容系EC商材の広告事務【10時出社・駅チカ・服装自由】
【仕事内容】
美容・健康分野を中心に、自社製品やOEM製品の開発から販売促進までを一貫して手がける当社。毎月、億単位の規模で配信される広告はブランド育成の要となっています。
広告事務職は商品LPやEC運用の管理を通じて"売れる仕組み"を整える重要なポジション。コツコツとした作業を通してブランドを支え、細やかな工夫で大きな結果を生み出す喜びを感じられる仕事です。各ブランドと会社の成長を一緒に支えてくださる方をお待ちしています
主な業務内容
- ECカートでの広告配信URLの生成・管理
- ECカートへのLP画像登録および変更作業
- チャットボットの設定/変更
- その他、販促に伴う定型オペレーション作業
- 電話応対(1日に5件程度、営業電話の取次ぎなどが中心)

- 作業は社内の他部署と連携をしながら進めます
- 業務に慣れてきたら、LP更新のディレクションや運用改善の提案にも挑戦していただけます
入社後の流れ
- 入社後3ヶ月間は、ブランドや商品知識、ECカートの使い方、配信設定などの基礎を学んでいただきます。
- 慣れてきたら、LP画像の登録やチャットボット設定など、実際の運用作業を担当していただきます。研修期間終了後も先輩社員が隣でフォローを行い、進め方の確認やチェックを通して着実にステップアップできる環境です
【応募資格】
必須経験
- 社会人経験3年以上
- ExcelまたはGoogleスプレッドシートを使った資料作成経験
- EC事業やリピート促進型の通販ビジネスに対する理解・関心がある方

※想定年収 300万円〜
上記額にはみなし残業代を含みます。※超過分は全額支給いたします。

※初年度の給与は、前職でのご経験やスキルを考慮のうえ決定いたします。
※昇給あり(実績に応じて年1回)
