【仕事内容】

2024年にオープンした「ダブルツリーbyヒルトン大阪城」にて設備管理をお任せします。

【具体的には】

・設備の巡回、定期点検

・不具合箇所の調整、修正依頼

・定期メンテナンス

・報告書、見積作成

・電気工事やビルメンテナンス業務の実務経験がある方歓迎

・高卒以上

・18歳以上(労働基準法のため)

・59歳以下 / 定年が60歳のため(例外事由1号)

・第一種電気工事士

・電気主任技術者

・建築物環境衛生管理技術者

・各種施工管理技士

【あれば活かせる資格】

・建築物環境衛生管理技術者

・防火管理者(甲種)

※施設管理・ビル管理の経験も活かせます

※商業施設・オフィスビル・工場・病院・ホテルなどでの

設備管理経験ある方は大歓迎

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00~翌9:00(休憩150分+仮眠継続4時間以上)

※1ヶ月単位の変形労働時間制(週平均実働40時間以内)

※月平均残業時間20時間

◎メリハリをつけて働けます

仮眠ありで出勤→非番(朝9時退社)→休日

上記を繰り返す勤務スタイルです。

有休を上手く活用し3連休を取得する方もいます
