【仕事内容】
- 業務概要:
同社が取り扱う最先端ロボット清掃機器の品質管理業務を担当いただきます。
開発機能はドイツ本社にあるため、本社側の社員とも連携しながら日本国内におけるロボット清掃機の品質体制の構築をお任せします。
具体的には、新製品発売前の品質検証〜製品の初期品質評価、サポート体制構築のための現場社員のトレーニングまでをお任せいたします。
また、品質問題が発生した際には、ユーザー現場での調査を行い、ドイツ本社への報告と連携のもと、対策検討・実施・再発防止策の推進までを担います。
社内向けには、関連社員へのロボット製品トレーニングや、品質文書の記録・管理も実施いただきます。
社内外との調整力や英語での報告力が求められるため、国際的な品質対応力を高めたい方に適した業務です。
- 課題:
同社は3,000点以上の清掃機を展開しているのですが、ロボット清掃機は直近導入が始まったフェーズであり、お客様からの問い合わせや対応を営業担当が担っている状況となります。
そのため、現場のエンジニアへのトレーニングや研修を通し、導入後のサポート体制構築が近々の課題となっております。

そのため、担当いただくロボット清掃機についても、新製品のリリースなども活発に行っていく予定であり、そのリリースを支える品質業務に従事することが可能です。

・品質管理、品質保証のご経験をお持ちの方
・英語によるビジネスコミュニケーション力(TOEIC(R)テスト 750点以上)

600万円〜800万円
月給制 基本給425000円〜
管理監督者としての雇用のため、残業代支給対象外
