仕事内容
スクラムマスターとして案件チームに入っていただきます(1〜3チーム)各チームは、PO(プロダクトオーナー)、開発チーム、QAチームで構成されていることが多く、開発チームとQAチームをSHIFTが担当している案件もございます。

1アジャイルプロジェクトマネージャー
約5,000万円~5億円程度、10~100名程度の大規模もしくは複数プロジェクトをご担当いただき、アジャイル開発を推進していただきます。
メンバーのマネジメントをしながら、アジャイル開発推進プランの企画、顧客折衝、品質保証プランの立案、プロジェクトの推進および統轄をお任せします。
2アジャイルコーチ
課題管理や進捗管理をご担当いただきながら、お客様へ組織的なBPRを提案し、プロジェクトのマネジメントやアジャイル開発の推進を行っていただきます。
お客様と良好なコミュニケーションをとりながら、継続的な関係を構築していただきます。
