Position Details

• Create, execute, maintain, or guide test suites.
• Work closely with engineers to strike a balance between test coverage and quality level.
• Regularly manage test cases to avoid overlapping test coverage and execute smoke tests/regression tests.
• Continuously improve productivity for all tests, including automation.
• Manage work allocation and schedules for team members/stakeholders performing these tasks.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Design and implementation experience with Web applications (3 years or more).
• Knowledge and experience with test mechanisms and technologies (5 years or more).
• Knowledge and experience with up-to-date front-end technologies.
• Advanced experience with task management using Bug tracking software like JIRA/Redmine.
• Test automation experience using Selenium, JUnit, etc.
• Test management experience using Testrail, etc.
• Excellent negotiation/communication skills.
• Excellent logical thinking ability, flexibility, and multitasking resistance.
• Proactive and initiative-driven individual.

Desired Qualifications:

• Stakeholder management experience.
• Team leading experience.
• Development experience of services for end-users.
• Distributed development experience-Agile development experience.
• Development experience using CI (Continuous Integration).

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year

Estimated Salary: $100,000 per year
