データ基盤の構築・改善と社内におけるデータ活用支援を推進していただきます。Modern Data Stackの技術をベースにELT、DWH、Analyticsをはじめとしたあらゆるカテゴリの技術選定、データ基盤の設計、データ基盤を利用してもらうためのイネーブルメントといった業務を担当いただきます。
【具体的には】
・ 機械学習エンジニアやマーケティング担当者が利用しやすいデータ収集及び分析基盤の設計および構築
・ dbtをはじめとしたELT/ETLツールによるデータ配布のワークフロー設計および構築
・ データ収集、コンプライアンス、セキュリティを考慮したデータガバナンスの取り組み
・ ModenDataStack領域の技術調査、検証、導入

データ基盤: dbt、Airbyte、Dagster、Hightouch、Looker Studio、Secoda
クラウドインフラ: Google Cloud (GKE、Cloud Run、Cloud Functions)
IaC: Terraform、Helm
CI/CD: GitHub Actions、skaffold (Cloud Build、Cloud Deploy)
コミュニケーション: Slack、Notion、Google Meet
【求める人材】
・ワークフローエンジンを用いたETL処理の開発のご経験
・実務での SQL の利用のご経験
・実務での何かしらのプログラミング言語によるシステム・ツールの開発のご経験
・AWS、GCPいずれかのマネージドサービスを用いたシステム構築、運用のご経験
・データ基盤構築やデータ活用に対して課題意識を持っていたり、興味・関心を持っていること

・ GoogleCloudのサービス(CloudComposer BigQuery)を用いたデータパイプラインの開発・運用のご経験
・ Kubernetesをはじめとしたコンテナ関連の環境下でのアプリケーション開発・運用のご経験

・ データガバナンスを考慮しながらデータ基盤を構築したご経験
・ LookerなどのBIツールを用いた分析環境の構築・運用のご経験
【給与】
年収600~800万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
