ブランドシューズ&アパレルのECサイト運営をお任せします

これまでのECサイト運営経験を活かし、より幅広い業務に携わりながら、ブランドシューズやアパレルECサイトの成長を牽引していただきます。

商品管理や出品業務はもちろん、マーケティング施策や広告運用、サイト改善など、スキルに応じた業務をお任せします。

【お任せする業務】

  • 商品の梱包・発送
  • 商品の撮影・画像編集
  • 商品の出品・管理
  • 受注管理・お客様対応

スキル・経験に応じて、以下の業務もお任せします

売上アップに向けたデータ分析・マーケティング施策の立案

広告運用(リスティング広告・SNS広告・LP制作)

SEO・WEB施策を活用したサイト改善

SNS運用(Instagram・Xなどのコンテンツ企画・運営)

ECサイト全体のブランディング・販促企画

【入社後の流れ】

入社~6カ月

まずは既存のサイト運営フローを把握し、実務を通じて業務に慣れていきます。

・ブランドシューズ・アパレルの撮影&画像編集

・売り出し文章の作成

・各ECサイトへの出品・管理

・お客様対応(チャット・メール)

・梱包・発送業務の効率化

6カ月~

基本業務に慣れたら、より戦略的な業務にシフト

・売れ筋商品の分析、価格調整、販促戦略の策定

・SEO・広告運用を活用した流入改善

・マーケティング施策の企画・運営

・ECサイトの売上最大化に向けたオペレーション改善

1年~

・店舗責任者や管理職候補として、チームマネジメントにも携わる

・広告運用、SEO、WEB施策、SNSマーケティングなど、戦略立案から実行まで担当

・ECサイトのブランディングや売上拡大に向けた企画・改善

【必須要件】

以下のいずれかの経験がある方(業界・年数不問)

・ECサイト運営の実務経験がある方

・商品の出品・管理・撮影・マーケティング業務のいずれかの経験がある方

【歓迎要件】

ECサイトの運営経験(楽天・Yahoo・Amazon・自社サイトなど)

商品撮影・画像編集・SEO対策・広告運用の経験がある方

データ分析をもとに売上改善や販促施策を考えた経験がある方

チームマネジメント経験者は管理職候補として優遇
