仕事内容:

当社(インプレックスアンドカンパニー)のマーケティング活動において、

コンテンツ制作を中心としたアシスタント業務をお任せします。

高位な戦略立案やマーケ設計を担うポジションではなく、

テーマや構成案をもとに、成果物を形にしていく役割が中心です。

社内メンバーと連携しながら、

資料や原稿を「分かりやすく・読みやすく・使いやすく」整えていただきます。

■ 主な業務内容

・ホワイトペーパー制作

(構成案をもとにした文章作成、体裁調整、簡易デザイン整形)

・ブログ記事の作成・編集

(テーマに沿った構成整理、執筆、編集)

・メルマガ原稿の作成

(タイトル案作成、本文作成、配信前チェック)

・ウェビナー関連コンテンツ制作

(告知文、バナー、資料のたたき作成など)

・その他、マーケ施策に付随するコンテンツ・資料作成サポート

※Canvaや生成AIなどのツールを活用しながら制作を行います

※判断や意思決定を求められる業務は少なく、

指示やテーマに沿って制作に集中できる環境です

「マーケの専門家として引っ張る」よりも、

社内資料作成やコンテンツ制作が得意な方が活躍しやすいポジションです。

社内メンバーと連携しながら進める制作業務が中心となり、

マーケティング施策の方向性はチームで設計します。

その内容をもとに、

資料や原稿を丁寧に仕上げていく制作フェーズを担っていただきます。

すでにあるテーマや方向性を踏まえ、

正確さや分かりやすさを意識しながら、

コンテンツ制作に責任を持って取り組める方を歓迎します。

また、今回の募集に限らず、

面談の中でこれまでのご経験やご希望を伺いながら、

・文章/コンテンツ制作の実務経験(業務委託・副業含む)

・Canva等を用いた簡易デザイン制作(資料・バナー等)ができる方

・生成AI(ChatGPT等)を活用して制作スピードを上げられる方
