【仕事内容について】
中野区・杉並区にあるマンションにて、
受付や清掃、点検などの日常管理業務をメインにお任せします。
<具体的には…>
- 居住者様や来客の受付対応
- 共用部(エントランスや廊下など)の清掃業務
- 施設の設備点検・修繕時の立会い確認
- 空家管理やコミュニティサロンの運営管理
- 防火管理業務、その他付随する事務作業など
現場で丁寧に引き継ぎ・レクチャーを行いますので
ブランクがある方も安心してスタートいただけます。

杉並区・中野区のエリアにある
下記4棟のマンションいずれかをご担当いただきます。
配属は、面接時にご希望をお伺いしながら決定します

9:00~16:00(休憩60分/実働6時間)
週3日~6日(金曜~水曜のシフト制)

基本給:時給 1350円 〜
