仕事内容


12月にオープンしたばかりの「堀内果実園 イオンモール橿原店」にて、

店舗運営の要となる店長業務をお任せします。

自社農園で丹精込めて育てられたフルーツを、

パフェやサンドウィッチとして提供するだけでなく、

その背景にある「こだわり」をお客様に届けるのが私たちの役割です。

【具体的な業務内容】

・現場実務

ホール接客、フルーツのカット・盛り付け等の簡易調理

・店舗マネジメント

シフト作成、発注・在庫管理、売上管理

・対SC(ショッピングセンター)業務

イオンモール側との連絡・調整

・チームビルディング

スタッフの教育・指導、ファンづくりのためのアイデア出し

・ここがクリエイティブ

当店のメニューは、現場スタッフの声から生まれることも。

「こんな食べ方を提案したい」というあなたのアイデアが、

新商品として全店に広がるチャンスがあります。

【確実なキャリアパスと評価制度】

半年後の店長昇格を標準とし、

その後は複数店舗を統括するエリアマネージャー(月給30〜40万円)への道も開かれています。

売上に応じた給与UPもあり、頑張りが正当に還元されます。

完全週休2日制かつ残業は月20時間以内(ほぼなし)。

商業施設内店舗のため、深夜勤務もありません。

雄大な山々のなか、特別なこだわりを持って

栽培されている実際の果実たちを見て学んでいただきます。

ここでの経験が、店舗に立った時、大いに役立ちます。

また、今後は店舗ごとに新人用の畑を作り、

実際に栽培の一部も経験していただきたいと考えています。

自分が植えた果実が店頭に並ぶ。

そんな日も遠くないはずです。

【店長をお任せするまで】

上記の研修を踏まえ、店舗にて実務を学び、

半年を目処に店長をお任せしたいと考えています。

ちなみに、入社後の試用期間中には

月に1度社長との面談をご用意しています。

【今後の展望】

堀内果実園は、現在、東京ソラマチ、渋谷、

グランフロント大阪、奈良市、五條市に

カフェを展開しています。

2025年8月には五條市に、

果実園・cafe・加工からなる複合施設堀内果実園LANDをオープン。

マスメディアに多数取り上げられ、

数多くのお客様にお越しいただいたのは、

つい最近のことです。

「堀内果実園LAND」は

五條市の活性化に役立てていくという

壮大な計画の下でオープンしました。

こちらにもご招待させていただきます。

基本給:月給 22万円 〜 35万円
