【具体的な仕事内容】
多種多様なお客様への自社製品パッケージの導入業務をお任せします。
最初はPM/PLを支援してもらうところから関わっていただき、自身のスキルやキャリアや希望に応じ、プロジェクトのPM/PLやその他の希望する役割を経験することができます。
未経験のことでもベテラン社員がしっかりフォローをさせていただきますので、ご安心してチャレンジしていただける環境があります。
ほぼ全ての担当プロジェクトにおいて、直接お客様の要望をヒアリングし、より良いシステムを提案していく要件定義フェーズや設計フェーズ等の上流工程を含め、その他開発・テストフェーズや現地トレーニング等、全ての導入工程に関わることができます。
【求める人材】
<求めるスキル、経験【必須】>
・Java、JavaScriptでの開発経験(3年以上)
・PostgreSQL又はOracleのDB経験(チューニングなど)
<求めるマインド【必須】>
・コミュニケーションが円滑に取れる方
