The Role
Seeking a Finance & Accounting Business Partner with strong bilingual capabilities (Japanese & English) to join a dynamic team in Japan.
Your Skills
Fluency in Japanese and English (written and spoken)
Hands-on experience in accounting operations, financial reporting, and business partnering
Strong knowledge of local GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations
Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Key Highlights of the Role
Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, providing actionable financial insights
Lead monthly closing, reporting, and compliance activities
Drive budgeting and forecasting processes aligned with global standards
Support strategic initiatives, cost optimization, and profitability analysis
Ensure accurate and timely statutory reporting and tax filings
Collaborate with regional and global finance teams to implement best practices
