【具体的な仕事内容】
・商品のルート配送
・既存顧客への商品提案・フォロー
・見積書・サンプル手配などの対応
・お客様のニーズ把握・新商品のご案内
- お客様との会話から「この食材なら便利そう」
と提案する"御用聞き営業"スタイル。
長く信頼関係を築けるのがこの仕事の魅力です。
- 1日の流れ(例)
・8:00〜12:00
- 担当エリアへルート配送
(学校・介護施設など)
・13:00〜16:30
- 既存顧客を訪問し、商品の提案やフォロー
・17:00 退勤
(ほとんどの社員が定時帰宅)
※朝は6:00頃から出勤の日もあります
(早出手当あり)
※配送後は営業車に乗り換えて
提案活動を行います。
※固定残業20h分(3万円〜3万5000円)
及び職務手当一律3万5000万円含む
20hを超えて勤務した場合は、追加で支給
※経験・能力を考慮の上決定。
【月収例】29万3,000円
(基本給19万8,000円+諸手当)
※年収455万円

[職場情報]:

前職では食品会社の倉庫で働いていましたが、以前から営業の仕事に興味があり、
地元で実績のある食品卸売会社「コーゲツ」への転職を決めました。
営業はまったくの未経験。
入社して半年ほどで大きな取引先を任されたときは、不安もありましたが、
それ以上に「任せてもらえた」嬉しさを感じたのを覚えています。
最初は分からないことだらけでしたが、先輩方が丁寧にフォローしてくれたおかげで、

取扱商品が多く、すぐにお客様のご要望に応えられない場面もありましたが、
その一つひとつの経験が今の自分の力になっています。
営業経験がなくても大丈夫。
