Nike ストアのオペレーショナルエクセレンスリードは部門のスペシャリストであり、店舗に訪れる全ての
お客様に最高のエクスペリエンスをお届けすると同時に、店舗の全てのアスリート(スタッフ)にも最高の
エクスペリエンスを提供するために、ヘッドコーチ(店長)やアシスタント ヘッド コーチ(副店長)、コーチ
をサポートする役割を担います。
オペレーショナルエクセレンスチームにおいては、スピードと精度を両立させた業務遂行が求められ、在
庫管理やバックヤード業務の正確性を通じて、店舗運営の基盤を支える存在です。
チェック結果やベストプラクティスをチーム全体に共有し、他チームとも在庫・人員状況を連携しながら、
効率的なオペレーションを実現します。
Nike が提供する各種トレーニングやプログラムを活用した、チーム全体のスキル向上とバックヤードオ
ペレーションの継続的な改善も重要な役割です。

・職務内容:
①プレミアムな消費者体験を目指し、グローバル及びジオグラフィーのプログラム導入/実施を促進す
るため、ヘッドコーチやアシスタント ヘッド コーチ、コーチをサポートしビジネスを加速させる。
②スタッフの教育及び能力開発をサポートするため、日々の業務や短期ベースで注力する業務を計画
する。プレミアムな社員体験の実現。
③円滑な店舗運営を遂行するため、オペレーョン及びシッピングアンドレシービングなどをオペレーショ
ナルエクセレンス責任者として管理する。
④Nike が定めるポリシーや規定を徹底し、優れたストアオペレーションを実行する。
⑤戦略的計画の実行をリードするため、積極的に提案を行う。
⑥店舗内の関係部署と協働してスタッフのコーチングを行う。
⑦バックヤードのリーダーとして、他チームへの影響も考慮した判断を行い、現場の安定運営に貢献す
る。
・応募条件:
①Nike ブランド及びスポーツへのパッションとプロダクトの知識があること
②リテールでの販売及びチームリーダーとしての経験(雇用形態不問)
③リテール及びアパレルの知識、流行やファッショントレンドに敏感であること
④周りを巻き込みリードしていくリーダーシップ能力と実行力があること
⑤問題解決能力があり、責任を持って意思決定ができること
⑥コミュニケーション能力が高く、周りとの関係構築をスムーズにできること
⑦英語スキルがあれば尚可(日常会話ができると好ましい TOEIC470 程度)
⑧在庫管理やバックヤード業務に関する基本的な理解と実務経験があること。
