神奈川・東京エリアにて、商業施設の設計および開発・管理をお任せします。
まずはアシスタントから始め、時間をかけて次世代を担うプロを育てていきたいと考えています。
詳しい仕事内容や一連の業務の流れなど、イチから丁寧にお教えしていきます。
セブン-イレブン・ジャパンの創業メンバーである社長のもと、数億円単位のプロジェクトを動かす「開発のプロ」へと育て上げます。

具体的な仕事内容

まずは設計室にて、CADを使った図面作成からスタート。
指示通りに進めていけばOKです。
慣れてきたら、以下の業務を段階的に習得していただきます。
- 見積もりの積算
営業をサポートし、コストを算出
- 許認可の申請
店舗を建てるために必要な行政への書類作成
- 設計
「どこに店を置き、どこを駐車場にするか」のプランニング
- 施工管理
現場が図面通りに進んでいるかのチェック(神奈川・東京がメイン)
- アフターフォロー
完成後の店舗のサポート
1人あたりの担当は月3件程度で少なめ。

業務は社長や副社長、経験豊富なベテラン社員がマンツーマンで指導します。
月1回の個人面談で成長具合を確認・振り返りを行うため、次に目指すべきポイントも明確です。
また、頑張りはダイレクトに査定に反映するので、日々成長を楽しめる環境があります。
