お客様の住まいへのニーズに応える注文住宅の構造設計をご担当いただきます。
構造は、ウッドパネル(在来)工法、2×4、2×6があります。
J-Urbanシリーズや、J-レジデンスなどグッドデザイン賞を多数受賞、高級分譲マンション仕様の住設機器など、圧倒的な商品力でお客様のニーズにお応えします。

1.実施構造図のチェック
2.部材断面算定と必要断面の指示
3.最終図面に指示事項が反映されているかのチェック
4.各種構造計画、構造計算
5.協力設計事務所のディレクション

【必須要件】
■設計事務所、ハウスメーカー、工務店、ビルダーにて戸建住宅(木造)の構造設計経験3年以上
■二級建築士
【歓迎要件】
・一級建築士
【給与】
年収 600 万円 ~
昇給制度あり
【給与】年俸600万円+一級建築士手当
<報奨金、手当等>
一級建築士手当:年額60万円
※固定残業代は残業がない場合も支給し、超過分は別途支給する。
なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
