【職務概要】

QA(品質保証)エンジニアとして開発チームが開発した自社製品のテストを通して品質保証を担っていただきます。

【職務詳細】

・自動車用ソフトウェアアプリケーションに特化したテスト計画、テストケース、テストスクリプトの開発、実施および維持管理

・手動テストと自動テストを実施し、ソフトウェアの欠陥を特定し、製品品質を確保

・グローバルエンジニアチームと密接に協力し、製品の詳細設計と技術を理解し、要件分析、設計レビュー、テスト計画、テストケース設計と開発、ユニットテスト、統合テスト、検証、ドキュメント化を含む開発プロセスに参加

・顧客のソリューション統合と問題解決を支援し、欠陥を報告し追跡、開発者と協力して問題の解決

・テストプロセスと手法を継続的に改善し、製品品質と効率性を向上

【チーム構成】

日本本社を筆頭に、台湾・アメリカ・ドイツ・韓国・インド・フィリピンに拠点をもち、グローバルベースで市場拡大を目指しています。グローバルでは100名程、日本では20名弱のメンバーが在籍しており、トレンドマイクロにてセキュリティに精通してきたメンバー、自動車業界に長きにわたり従事してきたメンバーなど、幅広いバックグラウンドのメンバーが集っています。脅威のリサーチャー、コンサルタントについては、台湾、USを中心に日本でも数名のメンバーで活動しています。

【求める人材】

【必須】

・組み込みソフトウェアのテスト仕様書設計の実務経験

【尚可】

・組み込みソフトウェアQAエンジニアまたは類似の役割での3年以上の経験

・シェルスクリプト、Python、またはJavaScriptなどのプログラミングスキル

・自動テストツール(例:JUnit、pytest、Mocha)の使用経験

・Yocto Linux、AUTOSAR Classic/Adaptive、VxWorks、QNX、RTOS、AAOSの経験

・英語でのコミュニケーション能力(TOEIC650以上)

・車載通信プロトコルに関する知識(CAN、CAN-FD、DDS、SOME/IP、UDS等)

・ 自動車認証の経験(例:ISO 26262、ISO 21434、ASPICE、TISAX)

・自動車アプリケーションにおけるパフォーマンスとセキュリティテストの経験

【給与】

年収:600万~1000万程度

年俸制:月額500000円

給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇

賞与:年2回(7月・12月)

昇給:年1回
