仕事内容:

【具体的な業務内容】

〇アフター工事・メンテナンス

・主にお客様からの依頼に対応し、施工後の建物の定期点検や修繕・補修を行います。

・建物の状態を確認し、簡単な修理から大規模なメンテナンスまで、お客様が長く安心して住めるようにサポートします。

〇配送・運搬業務

・現場に必要な資材(外壁パネル、塗料など)を、トラックで各現場へ安全に配送・運搬する業務です。

・現場の進捗をスムーズにする、縁の下の力持ちとして重要な役割です。

〇コーティング・塗装業務

・建物の美観を保ち、耐久性を高めるための外壁コーティングや塗装を行います。

・建物の『外観』を美しく保つ、専門的な技術が身につきます。

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥350,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥57,000(40時間相当分)を含む。40時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
