【お仕事内容】

「東北電力フロンティア」の

電気サービスの申込に関する管理者業務をお任せします。

店舗でお客様が申し込んだ内容に対し、

オペレーターが以下の対応を行います。

・申込時に発生したエラーの確認・リカバリー対応

・契約情報の修正などのデータ処理

・個別対応が必要な内容をクライアントへ連携

・店舗や関係会社への確認連絡(架電あり)

今回お任せする管理者ポジションでは、

当社で判断が難しい内容や、

イレギュラーな事態が発生した際の

クライアントへの相談・調整を行います。

【交渉&クレーム対応なし】

状況に応じてクライアントへ相談しながら

対応していくお仕事です。

クライアントへの交渉や一般のお客様の

クレーム対応などもないので安心

【研修&フォロー体制バッチリ】

入社日より5日間、研修期間を設けています。

研修後、約2ヶ月のOJT期間で

実務を通して業務についてしっかり学びます。
