仕事内容:

【現在ZOZOTOWNに出店中の店舗運営】

・今回はレディース取り扱い店舗【MANGROVE】を担当するディレクションスタッフを募集いたします。

・完全週休2日制でワークライフバランスも充実◎

・未経験者でもOK弊社では20代のアパレル未経験スタッフが多く活躍しております。

具体的な業務内容として・・・

1) ブランドマネジメント

商品企画/選定/バイイング(仕入れ)などショップのディレクションにまつわる業務

2) ショップ運営

売上販売管理、ショップのスケジュール管理、イベント管理、在庫管理及び出荷業務などショップ運営にまつわる業務

3)撮影イメージの立案・コーディネートの作成

シーズンに合わせた商品イメージカットの企画立案や撮影立ち合い、コーディネート選定など、ビジュアル面にまつわる業務

4)SNS運用

顧客ニーズ・商品動向に基づき、インフルエンサーと連携した広告宣伝を含む、SNSを活用した販促業務

など、サイト運営にまつわるすべての業務にチームの一員として携わっていただきます。

必要なスキルは現職スタッフがレクチャー・フォローアップしますので未経験の方でも安心です。

実務を通しながらEC運営の業務を学ぶ事が出来ます。

服装、髪型、ピアス自由経験は問いません。

現在20代のスタッフが中心となってショップ運営をしています。

アパレル未経験スタッフが多く活躍しており、みんな前向きにアイデアを出し合い、楽しみながら業務に取り組んでいます。

アパレルに興味がある方、EC運営のお仕事をしたい方、

自分のやりたいことをカタチにできる好奇心や探求心が旺盛な方にはぴったりの職場です。

求める人材:

・未経験の方もOK経験不問、学歴不問

・アパレルECサイト運営に興味のある方

・Excel、Word等、基本的なPC入力スキルのある方

(HTMLなどの専門知識は不要です。)

・ファッションが好きな方インテリア雑貨の取り扱いもあります。

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00~18:00 (実働8時間・休憩1時間)

※基本的に時間外労働はありません

休暇・休日:

・完全週休2日制(土・日)

・祝日

・夏季休暇

・年末年始休暇

・有給休暇(入社後6か月後より付与)

勤務地:

渋谷区渋谷2丁目、本社事務所勤務

アクセス:

アクセス良好 渋谷駅より徒歩10分以内

(JR各線・東京メトロ副都心線・半蔵門線・銀座線・東急田園都市線・東横線・京王井の頭線)

表参道駅からも徒歩約10分です。

給与:

【正社員】

月給22万円以上(スキル・経験・前職給与を考慮し決定いたします)
