・また、健康保険分野において業界トップクラスシェアのシステムソリューションを提供しており、700万人を超える加入者の医療関連データを取り扱っています。
・金融ビジネスを中心にデータサイエンス事業に加え、この度新たな事業の柱として、医療関連データを利用したデータサイエンス事業の立ち上げを検討しています。
・医療関連データのクレンジングや分析には深いドメイン知識が必要となるため、知見をお持ちの方にジョインしていただきたいと考えております。
【業務内容】
■データサイエンティストとして、国内最大級のリアルワールドデータ(医療ビッグデータ)の構築・整備および分析業務を担当していただきます。具体的には、以下のような役割に従事していただく予定です。
・レセプト等のデータからリアルワールドデータ(医療ビッグデータ)を構築
・構築したデータを利用した研究開発(生活習慣病の重症化予測モデリング等)
・医療機関・製薬企業・官公庁・アカデミアに対するデータ解析コンサルや予測モデル構築・納品
・上記の業務に付随する研究活動(学会発表・視察および論文発表)

【必須要件】
■データサイエンティストとしての実務経験がある方で、下記いずれかの要件を満たす方
ビジネス力…コンサルティング力、顧客との折衝力、プレゼンテーション力をお持ちの方
エンジニアリング力…Python、Rを利用したデータ分析技術に強みをお持ちの方
データサイエンス力…データサイエンスに関連する高度な学術的知識をお持ちの方
リアルワールドデータ(医療ビッグデータ)の収集・加工もしくは分析のご経験
【歓迎要件】
■臨床統計、疫学の知識をお持ちの方
■製薬企業、CROでの業務経験をお持ちの方
【給与】
年収 600 ~ 1000 万円
※残業代別途支給
※能力・経験・前給を考慮のうえ、同社基準により個別に決定いたします。
