こんにちは Unite Partners株式会社、採用担当です。 弊社の長期インターンシップにご興味をお持ちいただきありがとうございます Unite Partnersは創業からわずか3年間で上場企業中心に100社以上、経験プロジェクト数1,000件を超える実績を積み重ねてきた戦略コンサルティングファームです。 Unite Partners は2025年10月より大阪拠点を立ち上げ、関西エリアでのプレゼンス強化を本格化しています。大阪拠点は、「戦略立案と常駐による実装を一体で提供し、理解の深さとスピードを両立させる」という、UPの新しいコンサルティングのあり方の検証と標準化の拠点と位置付けています。戦略立案×常駐をスローガンとし、本気で実行にコミットする稀有な戦略コンサルティングファームの一員として活躍するインターンを募集します。 UPでは優秀な学生を尊重しており、インターン期間を所謂"ガクチカ"としてではなく、真に成長できる機会として提供することを重視していることから、研修の実施や大手ファーム出身者による指導等サポート体制を充実させています。 インターン生のみなさまには、しっかりと成長環境をご提供できるよう、週に20時間以上、1年間以上の勤務が出来る方のみに応募していただきたいと考えております。 本気で成長したいと考えている方は是非エントリーください 【業務内容】 戦略コンサルタントの思考とAI活用スキルを実践的に習得 本インターンの核となる業務は、UPの大阪・関西エリアにおける事業拡大を見据えて戦略の立案・実行にあたってのサポートが中心となります。UPを想定クライアントとし、実践さながらにコンサルティング業務を行っていただきます。 メイン業務:戦略立案とAI実装による社内変革 ・課題の特定と戦略立案:今後、大阪・関西エリアにおいてよりプレゼンスをあげていくために、UP社内の潜在的な課題を仮説ベースや社内ヒアリングを通じて特定し、社内の大手ファーム出身者のサポートを受けながら解決に向けた戦略立案を行っていただきます。 ・AIを活用した解決・実務実装:設定した課題の解決や戦略の立案・実行にあたり、最先端のAI技術を積極的に活用し、実務に実装していただきます。 サブ業務:実際のクライアントワークのサポート ・コンサルティング部門でクライアントワークが発生した際に、リサーチや資料作成の一部をサポートしていただきます。 【本インターンで身につくスキル】 本インターンを通じて、以下のスキルを複合的に習得できます。これらのスキルは、コンサルティング業界に限らず、ビジネスの世界において汎用的に、かつ高水準で使えるスキルです 論理的思考能力・構造化能力: 実際の課題の設定や戦略の立案と、研修を通じて、コンサルティング業界で求められる水準の思考スキルを習得します AI活用・実装スキル:課題解決のために、AIを活用して実際にコードを書くところまで行っていただき、AIを業務において実装するスキルを習得します 【恵まれた環境と充実のサポート体制】 プロフェッショナルな環境:McKinseyやDeloitte、IGPI出身者など、大手戦略ファームでの経験を持つプロフェッショナルなコンサルタント(大手ファーム出身者80%)と非常に近い距離で仕事を進め、その思考法や仕事の進め方を間近で学ぶことができます 充実のサポート:実務を通して質の高い経験を積めるよう、業務を円滑に進めるための研修や1on1の実施など、サポート体制を充実させています。一人で悩むことはなく、品質管理は社員がサポートします。 【具体的な業務内容】 ・AIを活用した社内課題の解決 ・生成AIを活用した業務効率化やアウトプットの高度化 ・コンサルタントの指示に基づくリサーチ(デスクリサーチ、競合調査、定量・定性調査設計など) ・PowerPointやExcel等を用いた資料作成・スライドデザイン ・社内ミーティングやディスカッションへの参加とインサイト導出 ・その他、プロジェクトチームの実務サポート ご不明な点がございましたら、下記までお気軽にお問い合わせください。 担当:採用担当 Email:new-- 【参考】 <新卒メンバーに対する入社後6ヵ月の振り返りインタビュー> <大阪拠点開設にあたってのリリース> <こんな先輩コンサルタントが豊富>

・大学生、大学院生(休学可) ・20時間/週以上勤務できる方(相談可) ・1年はコミットメントできる覚悟がある方(休学・留年生優遇)※必須 ・オフィスへ出社できる方 ・論理的に情報整理し、資料(PowerPointなど)に落とし込むスキルをお持ちの方 ・チームで協働しながら、能動的にコミュニケーションをとることができる方

時給1,250円~ *交通費は会社規定により定めます *試用期間中の時給も変更はありません
