仕事内容
強化学習(Reinforcement Learning, RL)技術を活用し、ゲームの自動プレイやゲームバランスの最適化を行うAIシステムの設計、開発、導入を担当していただきます。
- ゲームの自動プレイエージェントの開発(QA・テスト自動化、プレイヤーボット開発、ナビゲーションAIの最適化)
- ゲームバランス最適化のための強化学習活用(自己対戦・報酬設計、データ分析)
- NPC・エージェントAIの高度化(行動モデルの生成、プレイヤースキルに応じた適応型AIの開発)
- ゲームプレイデータを用いた強化学習モデルの構築(模倣学習、環境シミュレーションの構築)
- クラウド・分散処理環境での強化学習アルゴリズムの実装・最適化
- ゲームデザイナーやQAチームと連携し、強化学習を活用したワークフローを構築
- 技術ブログ執筆を通じた社内外での技術発信

年俸には、所定の時間外勤務手当・深夜勤務手当を含む。時間外勤務の有無に関わらず支給する

就業時間
10:00~19:00(所定労働時間8時間)
休憩時間 60分(13:00~14:00)
必須条件
- 強化学習(RL)および機械学習の理論・実装に関する知識
- PythonおよびC++/C#などのプログラミング言語での開発経験
- TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX などの深層学習フレームワークの使用経験
- 強化学習ライブラリ(Ray RLlib, Stable Baselines, OpenAI Gym等)を用いたモデル開発経験
- 数学・統計の基礎知識(線形代数、確率・統計、最適化手法)

- ゲームAI開発の経験
- 強化学習を用いたゲーム自動プレイやバランス調整の実プロジェクト経験
- 分散学習・クラウド環境(AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes)での開発経験
- MLOps/DevOpsの経験(モデルのデプロイ、継続的学習、CI/CD)
- ゲームプレイヤーの行動データを用いた模倣学習やデータ駆動型AIの開発経験
- シミュレーション環境を構築し、エージェントの学習を行った経験
- ゲーム開発ワークフローにおけるAIツールの統合経験
- 英語での技術文書の読解およびコミュニケーション能力
