【仕事内容】

企業のIT部門にて、PCのサポート業務からお任せします。

焦らず、あなたのペースでスキルを身につけていける環境です。

<ステップアップ例>

  • 入社1年目:

まずはここから(IT事務・サポート)

・PCの初期設定(ソフトのインストールなど)

・マニュアルに沿ったデータ入力

・「ネットが繋がらない」等の問い合わせ対応

  • 入社2~3年目:

少し専門的に(運用・保守)

・ネットワーク機器のチェック

・エラーが起きた際の原因調査・対応

・先輩のアシスタント業務

  • 3年目以降:

エンジニアデビュー(設計・構築)

・お客様の要望に合わせたネットワーク設計

・プロジェクトの進行管理

  • スキルに応じ年収も大幅にアップします

以前はPCといえばスマホのバックアップくらいしか使っていませんでした(笑)。

求人を見た時は『ITなんて難しそう』と思いましたが、

最初はマニュアル通りのPC設定だけだったので安心しました。

意外だったのは、現場は未経験スタッフも多く、

わからないことも丁寧に説明を受け学べることでした。

放置されることもなく、少しずつ専門用語を覚えていけました。

今はエンジニアを目指して勉強中です

※基本給・固定残業代・一律手当の総額

基本給:月給 20万円 〜 45万円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり3万5000円 〜 4万1000円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり20時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり

1ヶ月あたり1万5000円 〜 3万1000円

月給25万円~52万2000円
