富裕層のお客様に向けて、高品質な寝具やインテリアテキスタイルを提案する営業職です。

大手百貨店の外商担当と連携し、顧客のご自宅を訪問してニーズに合った商品のご案内・販売を行います。

紹介による顧客が中心で、新規開拓のための飛び込み営業はありません。

<主な業務>

・百貨店外商担当との打ち合わせ

・顧客との面談・ニーズヒアリング

・商品提案・販売

・関西中心の訪問営業(月2~3回程度、関東出張あり)

・受注後のフォロー、納品調整 など

求める人材:

<必須条件>

・高卒以上

・普通自動車運転免許(第一種)

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00~18:00(実働8時間/休憩60分)

※月平均残業時間:記載なし(固定残業代29時間分含む)

116日(土日祝休み)

※基本土日休み。休日出勤があった場合は代休取得可能

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥240,000 〜 ¥350,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥43,010〜¥62,730(29時間相当分)を含む。29時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

月給:24万円〜35万円

想定年収:350万円〜500万円

昇給:あり

賞与:年2回(1〜6ヶ月分 ※業績・実績に応じて変動)

<年収例>

・30歳/入社3年目:年収350万円(月給26万円+賞与)

・40歳/入社5年目:年収450万円(月給30万円+賞与)
