General Statements

  • Communication to the customers.

Reporting/sharing/negotiating/consulting/supporting/helping/questioning/ answering/chatting would be the main communication to them.

  • Customers' system.

Task oriented on web system/Portal system would be the main ones to work on.

Budgeting

  • Contribute in short and mid-term business planning. (SBR/AOP) (Internal system: DA & MS Excel, etc)

Quotation activity

  • Customers' information collection. Kautex plant internal information collection.
  • Meetings with internal & external (suppliers) teams. Meetings w/Customers.
  • Approval process (with management team)
  • Submission by customer's forms (hard copies or on web)

(Internal system: PLM & Up2Go & QAR/CAR- MS Excel, etc)

Cost/Price tracking (including ECR/ECN)

  • Communication to internal team (purchasing/finance/operations/NPI/PM, etc)
  • Calculations/Explanation/Approval
  • System operations (internal system: SAP, PLM & DA & QAR/CAR-MS Excel, etc)

Meetings

  • Daily/weekly/monthly/annual (w/customers, internal, external)

Invitation to customer/internal team is necessary

Projects

  • Series production, prototype production, service parts production, and/or etc should be considered

VAVE/PIAP – Cost reduction activities
