私立大学の財務課で経理事務

【業務内容】

・会計伝票などの書類対応(確認・作成・入力・ファイリング)

・振込用紙、領収書作成

・各種経理帳票の出力、ファイリング

・端末(独自経理ソフト、Word、Excel)へのデータ入力

・年末調整の源泉徴収票の作成・発送

・各種資料印刷、整理・保管

・窓口対応、電話対応、郵送物対応

その他財務課業務の補助業務など全般

学校の経理事務と言っても、業務内容は民間企業の経理事務とガラッと大きく変わる訳ではありません。

また、困ったこと、わからないことがあれば、すぐに聞ける環境なので安心して働けます。

これまでの経理のご経験を活かしながら、更にスキルアップもできるお仕事です。

時給1400円〜1400円
