ディーバでは連結決算業務の生産性を根本から変えるため、開発・業務BPO事業と並行で業務設計思想 「DIVA WAY」 を、会社戦略の中心に据えています。
成熟している市場の反面、実務のやり方は30年前から大きく変わっておらず、根強い属人化・非効率課題が残っています。
未来は少子高齢化による人材不足、経理部門に求められる付加価値の高度化などを背景に、"人がやるべき業務と、システムが担うべき業務を再定義する必要性が高まっています。
?DIVA WAYとは:ディーバが定義する 『連結決算業務の業務標準(OS)』です。
・業務のゴール(監査で何を出し、何を説明すれば完了か)を明確化
・ゴールから逆算して業務手順を定義
・手順のうちシステム75%・人力25%で実行する状態を目指す(現状はシステム25%・人力が75%)
・DivaSystemおよびBPO SaaSの基盤となる考え方

【必須要件】
「プロダクト」を通じて、価値創出(課題に対して制約下での最適解を思考、形にする)に携わり続けたいという想いをお持ちの方
学生時の企業・ベンチャースタートアップなどで、「自己責任で価値を一から創出」した経験をお持ちの方
「会計」領域のドメインに携わることに対して抵抗感がない方、あるいはその領域でのプロダクト開発に携わりたい方
※具体的なエンジニアとしての経験、または会計・経理業務の経験は不問です。

本プロジェクトは、アウトソーシング事業とのコラボレーションによる「新しい考え方の業務設計」と、AIを活用した「機能設計・機能実装」を担うポジションです。
